    This workshop asks everyone to wake up and realize your own intermal power and how you can amplify it with instruments such as the drum.taught this workshop at:

    The exercises I've developed over the last 4 years are unique and powerful and are not currently being taught by any other instructor. Conscious Drumming is useful for musicians of any instrument (though we will only be using percussion instruments for our work). It's also immensely powerful for anyone wishing to deepen their own internal energy flow, personal power and freedom.
